It identifies potential indicators that the sector could use to map its level of contribution while also providing a deep-dive analysis on the linkages between ICT and a selection of priority SDGs. This is backed up by a number of detailed case studies. The report concludes with a set of recommendations made to the industry in terms of the sort of innovation and action it should be looking to undertake to make a meaningful contribution across a spectrum of development areas.
